We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Residential Electrician to join us. In this role you’ll handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures in homes throughout the area. You’ll also play an important part in training and mentoring apprentices on the job site. If you’re a skilled electrician who takes pride in your work, maintains high standards, and wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented environment that invests in its people, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to keep our team and customers safe
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area on every job site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customer work
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and fellow team members
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay of $25 - $38 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for performance incentives and/or piece-rate work, as the company grows"

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Neat appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor
