The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of an RBT who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The RBT is an hourly employee and will be assigned a caseload based on experience. We are currently looking for RBTs to work in-home and in the clinic in Howard County (2 locations) Monday to Friday (7:45 AM to 3:15 PM).
Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Pay: $20/hr to $25/hr.

Minimal Experience:
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), will not consider applicants who do not hold this certification.
- RBTs should understand natural environment teaching strategies and have experience with children from 18 months to 6 years old.
- Have experience collecting data
- Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
- Completing session notes.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
