Job Duties
The AHS Craftsman effectively uses hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment. He/She is a professional with excellent customer service skills and desires to supervise other employee(s). He/She has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Tile work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Project Estimating
- Take pride in doing it right the first time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Craftsman experience
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, own a truck/van
- Have a solid, organized set of tools
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Clean-Cut appearance
- Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills - able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
