About the Role

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you're not just a front desk associate—you’re the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll create exceptional experiences for our clients, educate them on services that can truly improve their lives, and be a core part of a team that loves what it does.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and guide clients with warmth, confidence, and positivity

  • Assist with scheduling, phone calls, voicemails, and appointment follow-ups

  • Introduce new clients to Restore: complete waivers, set up profiles, and answer questions

  • Conduct studio tours, educate on services, and confidently recommend packages and memberships

  • Learn the health benefits, safety precautions, and best practices of each service

  • Keep the studio clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone

  • Open and close the studio with pride and attention to detail

  • Embody Restore’s values and mission in everything you do

  • Uplift your team—share wins, give shoutouts, and keep the vibe strong

What You Bring to the Table

  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting

  • A team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Weekend availability (we love the weekend crowd!)

  • A natural communicator who’s clear, kind, and confident

  • 1+ years of sales experience
