- Conduct in-home consultations with follow-ups based on a proven needs-based sales process.
- Present kitchen remodeling solutions using digital tools and materials.
- Prepare and submit proposals using our CRM system (training provided).
- Guide clients through the design, selection, and sales process.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients.
- Represent our brand at home shows, networking events, and local partnerships.
- No degree or previous experience required – we’ll train you!
- Self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home services is a plus)
- Organized and have computer/CRM skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Desire to grow WITH US, patience to learn—this role rewards grit and consistency over flash.
- You will set your sales time slots with an average of 1-2 appointments per day
- Make qualifying calls to prospects and build rapport and understand requirements to bring samples & materials.
- Show up on time at prospect home and conduct the appointment according to our sales process.
- Build proposal using our CRM and discuss with owners, close deals in prospect's home and collect advance deposit.
- Participate in occasional trade shows, check-in with customers during ongoing projects and later for future remodel jobs or call cold leads.
- Participate in sales training, owner ride-alongs and weekly check-ins.
