Position: Assistant Manager – Restaurant / Food Service (Full-Time)
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Hiring Locations: Novi, Brighton, Milford, Commerce, MI

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Support the General Manager in daily store operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling).
  • Lead and coach team members and shift leaders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Ensure health, food safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Step up and manage the store in the GM’s absence.
  • Participate in Jersey Mike’s 3-phase management training program to strengthen leadership skills.
Qualifications
  • Prior restaurant, retail, or food service management experience preferred (not required — training provided).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends).
  • Positive attitude and commitment to Jersey Mike’s values.
  • 6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
