If you're the technician everyone calls when the diagnosis gets difficult, we want to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Diagnose and correct airflow problems
- Service and troubleshoot variable-speed systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Provide customers with honest recommendations and exceptional service
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Commercial package units
- VRF/VRV systems
- Light commercial HVAC
- Advanced electrical diagnostics
- Refrigeration troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Doesn't guess—they diagnose
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Treats customers with professionalism and respect
- Wants to continue learning and growing
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Required:
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- NATE Certification
- Experience with variable-speed systems
- Commercial HVAC experience
