Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new life insurance business through outbound calls, building relationships with prospective clients, and meeting or exceeding sales
metrics. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent phone etiquette and a strong understanding of life and health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and acquire new life insurance policies.
  • Educate clients on various life insurance products and coverage options to meet their needs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of life and health insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and acquisition metrics and goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Current Life & Health Insurance License in the state of Kansas or Missouri (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in life insurance sales or acquisition preferred.
  • Proven experience with outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain focus on goals.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills (required).
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales metrics consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft OƯice Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
