We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting various aspects of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain and update customer records in our system
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Schedule and book jobs or appointments as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computers and customer management systems (CRM)
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Service Titan experience is a plus
