CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD

Position Title: Command and Control Center Specialist (Senior & Journeyman)

Location: Mission Delta 3 (MD 3), Peterson Space Force Base, CO 

Key Responsibilities: ​

Operational Planning Teams (OPTs):
  • Support, participate in, and/or lead MD 3-led and supported OPTs for mission programs. ​
  • Manage 3-4 ongoing OPTs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
Higher Headquarters (HHQ) Taskings:
  • Process, distribute, and execute HHQ taskings at classification levels up to TS/SCI and Special Access Program (SAP). ​
  • Respond to daily taskings from HHQ and ensure timely execution. ​
Mission-Related Document Review:
  • Review and coordinate HHQ mission-related documents for SEW missions or operational units. ​
  • Collect weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs) and track Electromagnetic Warfare Combat Detachments (EWCDs) Operations Capability/Systems Capability (OPSCAP/SYSCAP) changes. ​
Mission Tracking and Trend Analysis:
  • Collect essential mission information (e.g., key events, tasking changes, maintenance updates, training events, OPSCAP/SYSCAP) for tracking and trend analysis. ​
  • Provide recommendations based on new information or updates received daily. 
Deployment Support:
  • Maintain open communication with MD 3 deployed teams and leadership. ​
  • Report deployment-related items, including personnel statuses, site updates, OPSCAPs, SYSCAPs, SITREPs, and published orders. ​
Liaison and Coordination:
  • Interface with United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), Combined/Joint Force Space Component Command (C/JFSCC), Space Operations Command (SpOC), and Combatant Commands (CCMDs) to support MD 3 leadership. ​
  • Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with external organizations to ensure coordination and integration of SEW capabilities. ​
Tasking Orders:
  • Review, edit, and coordinate tasking orders, execution orders, deployment orders, warning orders, and special instructions. ​
  • Ensure timely dissemination of orders at a weekly cadence. ​
Qualifications: ​ Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Education: May possess a bachelor’s degree in operations management, Program Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations support, mission planning, or task execution within a government or military environment. ​
  • Familiarity with SEW missions and operational reporting is preferred. ​
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and task tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ​
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in operations management or mission planning are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience with SEW missions, HHQ taskings, and operational document review. ​
  • Knowledge of OPSCAP/SYSCAP tracking and trend analysis methodologies. ​
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ​
Note: This position requires strict adherence to security protocols and may involve occasional travel to support operational requirements.
