- Must posses a Certified Home Health Aide Certification in the state of NJ
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with geriatric patients

My first love was social work. I worked as a social worker for eight years and I saw first hand the challenges of finding reliable, trustworthy, affordable and life enhancing home care so I became a nurse to better understand and help more people.
I became a registered nurse and worked in an acute care setting in the hospital, and worked as a home care nurse. My passion for teaching families intensified and I so got a master’s degree in nursing education.
