We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join us as a Customer Engagement Account Manager — with a special focus on growing a targeted product line(s) within our office. What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Superstar: Own your sales pipeline like a pro. Cold call, warm lead, network, and close deals that grow our business and your paycheck 
  • Marketing Strategist: Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives focused on specialized products like pet insurance, recreational vehicles, boats, Medicare, and more. Help us stand out in a competitive market.
  • Customer Advocate: Be the trusted advisor customers turn to. Guide them through policies, uncover gaps, and tailor coverage that fits their unique lives. Your service will turn clients into lifelong fans.
  • Team Coach: Share your winning strategies and positive energy to lift up the whole crew. Help train, motivate, and inspire your teammates to reach new heights.   • Process Pro: Keep the engine running smoothly by following office policies and making sure every customer interaction is flawless.
Who You Are:
  • Min 3 years Sales experience is a must
  • Min 2 years Customer Service experience 
  • We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must. 
  • The ideal candidate would possess the ability to work independently, have an acute attention to detail, be able to think outside the box, and bring enthusiasm to the job as a valuable asset to the team.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-focused—because great service depends on it.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

Compensación: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
