Overview:
We are seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager (TEM) to provide advanced technical and analytic support to the Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). This role is critical in the Test & Evaluation operations for DoD undersea warfare systems, driving operational effectiveness assessments that directly impact Navy mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive T&E programs for USW systems
• Lead IEF development, test planning, execution, and analysis reporting
• Manage cross-functional teams through complex operational testing cycles
• Interface with Navy leadership and program stakeholders on test results
• Oversee modeling and simulation efforts supporting developmental/operational testing
• Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series and Navy acquisition instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Current Navy/multi-service operations knowledge (within 4 years)
• Education: Bachelor's degree (STEM strongly preferred) OR 8+ years USW senior enlisted/Department Head experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of extensive T&E experience (within the last 6 years)
• 4+ years USW mission execution (2+ years at senior enlisted/DH level)
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I T&E Certification

Security Requirements:
• Active Secret clearance minimum; TS/SCI preferred
