š What Youāll Be Doing:
- Designing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Building loving and responsive relationships with your preschoolers
- Encouraging child-led exploration, independence, and problem-solving
- Collaborating with fellow teachers to create a supportive, fun, and consistent classroom environment
- Communicating with families to share milestones, updates, and joyful moments
- Observing, documenting, and celebrating learning and growth every day
š What Weāre Looking For:

Associateās or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting
- A heart for children, a collaborative spirit, and a love of learning
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Familiarity with play-based and emergent curriculum is a plus!
