Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our retail store locations, warehouses, and corporate offices. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and meet safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
  • Oversee janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and waste management vendors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of stores and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local codes and company standards.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for facility upgrades, renovations, and emergency repairs.
  • Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Manage facilities-related budgets, including forecasting and cost control for repairs, supplies, and capital improvements.
  • Maintain documentation related to inspections, permits, warranties, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with store managers to address facility-related concerns and prioritize service requests.
  • Ensure all buildings are compliant with ADA, OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably in a multi-location retail or commercial setting.
Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with NO POINTS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with maintenance management software a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Frequent travel between Tampa-area store and warehouse locations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work during emergencies or project rollouts.
