Customer Relations Representative (P&C Licensed)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | Career Advancement | Licensing Support (for Life & Health)

Service Excellence: Act as a reliable point of contact; answer questions, resolve issues, and process policy service requests (billing, endorsements, claims support).

In-Book Sales/Pivoting: During service interactions, identify coverage gaps and recommend additional lines (e.g., Auto, Home, Umbrella; Life/Health if licensed). Generate quotes and close or seamlessly hand off to a producer.

Retention & Reviews: Conduct renewal check-ins and coverage reviews; proactively outreach to strengthen relationships and retention.

Accurate Documentation: Maintain complete, compliant customer records in the CRM/ECRM and follow agency/carrier procedures.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents and teammates to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

Continuous Learning: Build product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and coaching.

Customer service or sales experience (insurance industry experience preferred).

Active P&C license (required); Life & Health a plus or willingness to obtain (licensing support available).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, empathetic approach and a sales-friendly mindset—you like helping people make smart choices.
