Victory Park Recovery is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor directs and manages an effective clinical service delivery team using applicable principles of Social
Work and/or Counseling which include - patient psychosocial assessment, group and individual psychotherapy, family
intervention, patient/family education and treatment planning. The candidate must have addiction counseling
certification in good standing, or an appropriate license. This is a full-time position.
Supervision
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions.
- Offer guidance on clinical assessments, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
- Address complex cases and support clinical decision-making.
Staff Development & Training
- Identify staff training needs and organize ongoing professional development.
- Provide education on emerging trends, evidence-based practices, and cultural competence.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review clinical documentation for adherence to standards.
- Lead audits and participate in accreditation processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained.
Client-Centered Care & Outcomes Monitoring
- Oversee client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Use data and outcome measures to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Promote engagement and retention strategies.
Crisis Management & Safety
- Assist staff in managing client crises.
- Develop and review safety protocols and crisis response procedures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAPC, CADC) as required by state regulations preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of addiction theories, treatment modalities, and compliance standards.
