I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member in Louisiana and completing the Agent Aspirant program. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Major League Baseball, and that competitive mindset still drives the culture of our office today. Our team of seven is built around growth, accountability, and pushing each other to succeed.
I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have been married for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with our two golden retrievers, and watching LSU baseball and football. I’m looking for someone competitive, goal oriented, and driven who is ready to embrace the mindset of “do it afraid” and grow within a high performance team environment.

As a Sales Representative for Eric Ortego State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to prospective Customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- State Licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- State Licensing in Life & Health Insurance.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
