Are you a personable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and is ready to grow into a rewarding career in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our agency team.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for our clients—resolving issues, offering solutions, and building relationships that lead to retention and growth. You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to cross-sell or introduce new coverage options, helping protect what matters most to our clients.
This position is ideal for someone who values client service but also has a sales-driven mindset and wants to be rewarded for performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and policy satisfaction
- Conduct regular policy reviews and make personalized recommendations
- Resolve complex customer issues by coordinating with agency departments and carriers
- Identify customer needs and introduce relevant insurance solutions
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and support sales efforts across the agency
- Document and manage all client interactions and follow-ups in agency systems
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or insurance preferred

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required) – licensing support is provided
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Confidence in initiating client conversations and recommending solutions
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving and growth
Licensing Requirement:
This role requires a Property & Casualty license. If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain one within a set timeframe. We will fully support you through the licensing process.
