About the Role
We are seeking skilled Independent Infusion RNs to deliver IV therapy services across clinics and skilled nursing facilities in the Tyler/East Texas region, including Tyler, Longview, and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility, autonomy, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
We are seeking skilled Independent Infusion RNs to deliver IV therapy services across clinics and skilled nursing facilities in the Tyler/East Texas region, including Tyler, Longview, and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility, autonomy, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions and specialty medications.
- Monitor patients during therapy and manage infusion-related reactions.
- Access and maintain vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).
- Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.
- Provide patient education on therapy plans and care expectations.
- Accurately document all care and coordinate with providers as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).
- Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (clinic or SNF preferred).
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficient IV and vascular access skills.
- Reliable transportation for regional clinic coverage.
Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time (FT): 3–4 shifts per week (daytime hours).

Part-Time (PT): Flexible scheduling (2–3 shifts per week).
- Monday–Friday schedule only; no nights or weekends.

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
