United Security, LLC is seeking a dependable and professional unarmed patrol driver to provide security services at a single commercial retail property. This position focuses on maintaining a strong security presence, preventing trespassing, and ensuring the property is occupied only by legitimate patrons.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (with flexibility to adjust days as needed)
- Hours: Varying shifts with start times between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time, with the possibility of overtime
- Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work any shift as scheduled
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-visibility vehicle patrols throughout the property
- Monitor and deter trespassers, ensuring only patrons are on-site
- Make frequent contacts with transients and take appropriate action when necessary
- Document all activity and incidents accurately using Silvertrac software
- Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner
- Maintain a strong security presence while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Active Arizona unarmed guard card (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to take initiative and pride in job performance
- Comfortable making a high number of contacts with transients daily
- Strong observation and reporting skills
