Duties
- Take care of infants at highest standards and follow daily schedules
- Implement STEM lesson plans ( Monthly course material provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects your value and early childhood education standards
- Be a team player and work as one positive team. Help the team with lunch breaks.
- Communicate effectively with parents, and build a great relationship with them
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress
- Be a very caring motherly type teacher
Experience
- The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years childhood experience with ages 6 weeks-18 months and committed to fostering, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to use iPads efficiently, Update iPads with children activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Available during operating hours: 6:30am-6:30pm (Schedule is TBD)
