💼 What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life policies
- Handle warm transfer leads, mailer responses, and purchased data
- Maintain a sales pipeline and perform consistent follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in coaching and development sessions
Note: You will not handle customer servicing or claims — this is a dedicated sales position.
✅ Requirements

1+ year of recent Allstate sales experience (REQUIRED)

Active Property & Casualty license (Life license is a plus)
- Proven closer with strong negotiation and time management skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work occasional nights/weekends
- Must reside and be licensed in the U.S.
