Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Scheduler/Recruiter to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules and recruiting qualified candidates to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Duties:

  • Create, manage, and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage

  • Respond promptly to call-outs and scheduling changes

  • Communicate schedule updates to staff in a timely and clear manner

  • Maintain accurate records of hours and availability

Recruiting Duties:

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and job boards

  • Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews

  • Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in scheduling or recruiting (especially in healthcare or home care) is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
