Schedule: Evenings, Monday–Friday approximately 5PM--11PM & (occasional weekends

We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenges, loves producing results, and enjoys leading people. Our Evening Janitorial Lead Supervisors are the backbone of our team—keeping standards high, supporting teammates, and making sure every customer walks into a spotless space.
As a Lead Supervisor, you’ll learn how to influence a team, deliver out-of-this-world results, and communicate with anyone. This isn’t a sit-in-one-place role—you’ll be moving between multiple locations each evening, inspecting sites, training staff, and jumping in hands-on when needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct nightly inspections across multiple locations and document quality reports.
- Train and onboard new cleaners, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Provide hands-on coverage for call-outs and assist with floor care projects.
- Serve as the first point of contact for cleaning staff during evening shifts.
- Communicate directly with operations manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial cleaning experience required; leadership experience a plus.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites in one night.
- Natural leader with strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and clean alongside your team.
- Must speak English, Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
