Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious laborer to assist with moving ladders and providing support during elevated work. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure ladder stability and worker safety on-site. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a strong awareness of safety practices.
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious laborer to assist with moving ladders and providing support during elevated work. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a strong awareness of safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in moving, setting up, and securing ladders at various work sites
- Stand by ladders while in use to provide physical support and safety oversight
- Help maintain a safe work area by identifying and reporting potential hazards
- Follow safety protocols and site instructions at all times
- Perform additional general labor tasks as needed (e.g., material handling, light cleanup)
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Strong focus on safety and attention to surroundings
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and able to take direction
- Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required
