Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings, and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has at least two years of experience. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including periodontal therapy, prophylaxis, and patient education.
Utilize GBT protocols and modern diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions.
Document findings and treatment plans accurately using Open Dental.
Collaborate closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure excellent continuity of care.
Deliver a 5-star experience for every patient with a friendly, confident, and empathetic approach.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Current North Carolina state Dental Hygienist licensure.
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines.
Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity in Guided Biofilm Therapy preferred.
Team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced setting.
