Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings, and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has at least two years of experience. Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including periodontal therapy, prophylaxis, and patient education.
  • Utilize GBT protocols and modern diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions.
  • Document findings and treatment plans accurately using Open Dental.
  • Collaborate closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure excellent continuity of care.
  • Deliver a 5-star experience for every patient with a friendly, confident, and empathetic approach.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Current North Carolina state Dental Hygienist licensure.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity in Guided Biofilm Therapy preferred.
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced setting.
