RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Make outbound calls to potential prospects requesting quotes
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Ability to pass state Insurance licensing requirements
