Home inspection is a career most people don't know exists. You work independently, you're in a different house every day, and you get paid to know how buildings work. No cubicle. No counter. No commute to the same site for six months.
FPI is hiring for our Paid Training Program in Southern and Coastal Maine. We pay you from day one to train alongside experienced inspectors, earn nationally recognized certifications, and learn the profession from the ground up. Complete the program, step into a full-time role.

What You Get
Paid training from day one — all materials and certification costs covered. Direct mentorship from experienced field inspectors. National certification pathway (InterNACHI/ASHI-aligned). Full-time position upon completion. Compensation that grows with your skills and volume.

Who We're Looking For
No inspection experience needed. Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in occupied homes and variable weather. Strong communicator. Valid driver's license, cell phone, and reliable vehicle.
Construction, maintenance, military, or any hands-on background is a strong fit. No background like that but you're sharp and teachable? We want to talk to you too.
