- Manage all aspects of restoration projects (water, fire, mold, storm, etc.)
- Estimate project scope and cost using Xactimate
- Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Supervise on-site crews and ensure quality workmanship
- Perform regular job site inspections and safety checks
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure complete documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress photos
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any project-related issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response situations
- 3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management
- Strong knowledge of restoration practices and building codes
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Proficient in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied job site conditions
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.)
- Experience with insurance claims, TPAs, and homeowner coordination
- Understanding of job costing and gross margin tracking
- Previous work with both mitigation and reconstruction projects
- Self-motivated to get results

This role requires the ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, often in damaged or hazardous conditions. Team members are frequently required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Physical tasks may include standing or walking for extended periods, occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
