We are currently seeking a hard-working, attentive, and nurturing Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment for infants
- Follow individualized care routines for feeding, sleeping, and diapering
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate interaction and play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and responsive classroom environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Communicate consistently with parents and collaborate as partners in their child’s care and development
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with infants
- Dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to the needs of each child

- Full-time position

They named the school after their beloved Labrador Retriever Stanley that served as a longtime, loyal companion to their family. Stanley demonstrated the foundational values of safety, loyalty, comfort, and guidance while bringing the Thomas family a sense of joy and wonder.
