Miranda Scurlock State Farm in Louisville, KY, is looking to add a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Relations Representative to our team. We are a locally-owned State Farm agency. As a licensed insurance Customer Relations Representative, you will interact with customers every day with your positive attitude and knowledge about the policies and products that will best protect the things that your clients care about. If you love interacting with clients, are a good listener, and can problem-solve to find the best policies to fit each client's personalized needs, this may be the role for you.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize your strong relationship-building skills to foster lasting connections with clients, ensuring high levels of client retention and proactively following up to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with policy changes tailored to their need and pivot to opportunities to 
  • Apply your keen attention to detail when issuing insurance documentation, processing payments accurately, and maintaining up-to-date client information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support customer retention efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and address complex requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive attitude with professional office etiquette.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
