We are currently looking for a Per-Diem Pediatrician to join our team and provide vacation coverage, with the possibility of ongoing per-diem shifts. This position is ideal for physicians who enjoy working with children and families, value flexibility, and want to be part of a compassionate, collaborative environment without the pressures of inpatient or on-call duties. What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care
- Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
- Work independently while supported by a friendly and experienced team
- Utilize our user-friendly eClinical EMR system to document patient care
- Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse population

Requirements:
- MD with an active Connecticut medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide autonomous care in a busy outpatient setting
- Interest in contributing to a community-focused medical home
- Spanish Speaker
