Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Team Member to join our team! In this role, you will help provide an excellent guest experience and prepare their orders. Your goal is to ensure guests enjoy their smoothies and time at our store. The ideal candidate is passionate about Smoothie King and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into Smoothie King with a smile
- Take food and beverage orders
- Explain the menu items to customers
- Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Compensation: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
