Brighter Day Adult Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position involves active engagement, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting participation in community activities.

Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and household tasks
- Encouraging and supporting community engagement activities
- Following structured schedules and individualized support plans
- Documenting services provided and maintaining compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with ID/DD/MH
- Current TOVA, Medication Administration, and CPR/First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

The primary goal of Brighter Day Adult Services is to provide group residential services and supports to assist adults with necessary training skill sets to achieve community stability. Our homes are intended for adults with mental illnesses who have complex and extensive treatment needs. We aim to provide compassionate and accommodating environments of group housing to adults in order to develop the skills they need to transcend the problems created by mental illness. Since our founding in 2019, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
