Position Type: Full time / Part-Time

We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Responsibilities:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone

  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar

  • Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to inquiries

  • Checking patients in and out, and handling payments

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized

  • Communicating effectively with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow

What Weā€™re Looking For:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (veterinary office preferred)

  • A genuine love for animals and a desire to help people

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude

  • Basic computer proficiency (experience with veterinary software a plus)

  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate in stressful situations
