As a Catering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring impeccable food quality and outstanding service at every catering event. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our values, fostering team collaboration, and delivering excellence from kitchen to table.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor incoming orders and effectively and promptly plan their execution
· Oversee the preparation, assembly, and timely delivery of catering orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every detail
· Manage inventory, communicating upcoming orders and future needs with truck coordinator, and monitor supplies to guarantee readiness for all catering needs
· Act as the main point of contact for guests prior to events, providing exemplary service and swift problem-solving, along with follow up
· Maintain rigorous food safety practices and sanitation standards throughout all stages of production and delivery
Qualifications
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with teamwork in mind
· Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
· Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
· Previous catering or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—leadership potential and enthusiasm are essential
