We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate, lifestyle marketing, and customer service to help buyers find their dream homes—from stylish townhomes to luxurious custom estates.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with potential buyers through prospecting, broker networking, referrals, and community events.
- Welcome visitors to model homes, assess their needs, and guide them through tours with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Communicate the value of our homes and lifestyle offerings to positively influence purchasing decisions.
- Maintain ongoing contact with buyers throughout the construction process, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
- Stay sharp by attending weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and reviewing industry publications.
What You Bring
- Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Organizational skills and multitasking proficiency.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and weekend availability.
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
