Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who’s fluent in both Spanish and English? Are you looking for a rewarding career where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck? Blake Waller State Farm is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to serve our growing customer base in Chicago’s vibrant community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively connect with new and existing customers (calls, walk-ins, community events, social outreach)

  • Sell State Farm insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, and more

  • Leverage your bilingual skills to provide excellent service to Spanish-speaking clients

  • Build trusted relationships and offer tailored insurance solutions

  • Meet (and exceed) monthly sales targets with uncapped earning potential

  • Be a key part of a high-performing, goal-oriented team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to succeed

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

  • Previous sales experience is a plus (retail, phone sales, real estate, etc.)

  • Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required – we’ll help the right candidate get licensed!
