Sylvania Childrenās Center is a NAEYC-accredited, Step Up to Quality 5-Star school serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We believe we donāt mold children ā we reveal their true potential through a loving, play-based, and high-quality learning environment.
We are looking for an Infant Teacher who is caring, nurturing, and deeply committed to the social, emotional, and developmental needs of our youngest learners. This is more than a job ā itās a chance to help shape the first chapter of a childās story.
What Youāll Do:
- Create a warm, responsive, and safe environment for infants to explore and grow š±
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow team members š
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning through play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space
- Communicate daily with families, sharing milestones and memorable moments
- Collaborate with your team to ensure our high-quality standards are met and exceeded

- Is passionate about early childhood education and understands infant development

Requirements:
- Experience working with infants (child care setting preferred)
- CDA, Associateās Degree in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to work toward credentials (preferred but not required)
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements for child care staff
