The Role

Your mission is to anticipate needs before they are voiced, remove friction from every process, and manage both professional and personal priorities with precision. You will be the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks—whether it’s negotiating with a bank, arranging international travel, executing complex research, or solving a problem before it becomes one.

Core Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO/COO right hand—handling high-level operational, administrative, and personal matters
- Manage a complex and constantly shifting calendar, email, and travel schedule
- Oversee time-sensitive banking, contractual, and vendor relationships
- Execute in-depth research projects with actionable summaries and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are met
- Serve as the CEO/COO representative in certain communications, ensuring tone and detail align with the company’s reputation for excellence
- Build systems and processes that create efficiency and scalability

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
