Job Summary
 Renu is looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team member to support our operations and financial processes while growing their career in a fast-paced renewable energy company. This role is a great fit for someone who has experience in construction or warehouse operations and is eager to apply their skills to a growing, technology-driven business.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Finance and operations leaders to keep projects, reporting, and systems running smoothly. This position combines day-to-day financial and operational responsibilities with opportunities to learn, contribute to process improvements, and grow with the company.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, expense tracking, and project-related financial reporting.
  • Support warehouse and construction teams with inventory, job costing, and operational data tracking.
  • Help implement and improve automated financial systems, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with field and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of materials, costs, and timelines.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and running reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the business.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership across all business entities alongside the Director of Finance.
  • Oversee accounting operations, audits, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling activities.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury management across the portfolio of companies.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency through data and KPI’s.
  • Support business expansion and new business development.
  • Adhere to GAAP principles while preparing tailored accounting perspectives for tax, managerial, and investor needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, warehouse, or construction-related roles.
  • Tech savvy with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable learning new software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERP systems a plus).
  • Experience working in a construction, warehouse, or field-based environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team.
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise resource planning ) Implementation
