Sous Chef (3–5 years professional kitchen experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure food preparation meets presentation standards and timing requirements
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Step into lead role when Executive Chef is absent
Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
