Responsibilities 
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and execute standard processes for each project, overseeing the project production process from inception to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to estimate project scopes for homeowners and potential customers, ensuring your sales pitches are well-aligned with our customers' needs.
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing approved projects, ensuring that they are market-ready and primed for conversion.
  • Manage project materials by placing orders and coordinating deliveries while negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Schedule projects with customers and subcontractors, employing your persuasive abilities to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Supervise on-site roofing replacement and repair projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering excellent customer service while skillfully handling objections.
  • Oversee subcontractors on-site to ensure project completion, safety, and customer satisfaction, using your sales acumen to handle disputes and ensure a win-win resolution.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, continuously building trust and demonstrating value.
  • Ensure project budgets and timeframes are met, keeping an eye on the bottom line while capitalizing on upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and profitability, leveraging your sales instincts to maximize revenue.
  • Build and train the sales team, fostering a competitive and goal-oriented sales culture.
  • Generate sustainable revenue and build lasting relationships by expanding our customer base.
  • Develop policies and procedures, streamlining operations and creating a more sales-friendly environment.
  • Create a compensation plan for the sales team, motivating them to exceed sales targets.
  • Devise a sales training program that equips your team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
  • Submit payroll for owner review, ensuring that commissions and bonuses are accurately calculated.
  • Track and submit commission reports for owner review, showing your expertise in tracking and reporting sales performance.
  • Maintain 5-star reviews on Google and other platforms, leveraging customer satisfaction to drive more referrals and sales.
  • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with owners, providing insights on sales performance and strategizing on improvement.
  • Engage in business development and networking, identifying potential clients and forging new connections.
  • Create business plans and financial budgets (90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years), utilizing your sales forecasting skills.
  • Address unexpected challenges and call in support and expertise when necessary, demonstrating your resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment:
The General Manager at Mighty Dog Roofing will balance on-site projects and office-related tasks, applying your sales skills to manage projects effectively.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Willingness to travel within our service area, including Cambridge, MA, to engage potential clients.
  • Completion of the Mighty Dog Roofing University Training Process, equipping you with in-depth product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Acculynx CRM to streamline your sales and customer management.
  • Spanish language skills are beneficial but not mandatory, broadening your ability to connect with diverse customer groups.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb. 
  • Ability to continually bend, kneel, stoop, stretch, climb, twist, and reach. 
  • Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
