ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Caramon Current - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Sales Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Meeting additional customer needs by educating them on different lines of coverage.
- Following up on aged leads/Win Back Opportunities.
- Outbound Calling to prospects.
- Quoting/Submitting new customer applications.
- Completing new customer onboarding tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Passion for helping others.
Compensation: $24,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
