ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We have an immediate opening for a team member at Mike Kirk Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. We are looking for a caring people person who likes to serve customers. We want individuals who want to help people. We protect our customers from everyday risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Complete daily service tasks assigned to you.
- Help customers see their insurance needs.
- Pivot to customer needs.
- Stay current with product offerings and system changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Licensing required
- Mike has been a State Farm agent in Casey for 20 years. We are looking for someone who wants to help people in and around Casey by offering them the proper protection.
- We are looking for a long-term employee.
Compensation: $33,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
