ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member of the Dale Robert State Farm Agency, you play a vital role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. You contribute to the growth of our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you help improve the lives of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with sales and customer service activities that help our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask is key.
- Personable and an excellent communicator.
- Computer and typing experience is required.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
