The ideal person will have advanced knowledge in the handling of automatic and manual screen printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with production deadlines.

The ideal person will have advanced knowledge in the handling of automatic and manual screen printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with production deadlines.
Main responsibilities
- Operate automatic and manual screen printing machines for high-volume production.
- Set up and register screen printing screens, mixing inks and adjusting colors to specifications.
- Perform print tests and ensure that the quality meets the customer's standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment, displays, and work areas to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Detect and resolve printing issues such as misalignments, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Comply with the company's health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 2 years operating textile screen printing equipment (automatic and manual).
- Knowledge of different types of inks (plastisol, water-based, discharge, etc.).
- Ability to prepare, register, and adjust multiple colors in a single design.
- Ability to work with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Availability to work in shifts and under deadline pressure.
