Primrose School of Forest Hill is seeking a visionary Director to guide our early childhood education center as we prepare to open in late 2025. Located in the heart of Harford County, our school blends academic excellence with character development through our exclusive Balanced LearningĀ® curriculum.

š Your Role as Director:
Lead the development and implementation of educational programs aligned with Primroseās Balanced LearningĀ® approach
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, healthy, and inspiring environment
Recruit, train, and support staff to uphold the highest standards of care and education
Ensure full compliance with Maryland OCC regulations and licensing requirements
Build strong relationships with families and foster community partnerships
Manage budgets and resources to optimize school performance and growth
š§ What Weāre Looking For:
Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field (Masterās preferred)
Proven leadership experience in child care or early education settings
Deep knowledge of Maryland child care licensing standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nurturing childrenās development and supporting educators
Familiarity with child care management software and Microsoft Office Suite
