What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Layout, fit, and weld steel components
- Operate shop equipment including saws, torches, grinders, and more
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in MIG welding (FCAW & GMAW)
- Ability to read and work from blueprints
- 1–3 years of welding or steel fabrication experience preferred
- Experience primarily with carbon steel; ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
